These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of salestoresusa.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it.

By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, by our Privacy & Security Policies, by our Shipping Policy and by our Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms and of the Returns & Refunds Policy before completing a purchase. These Terms apply to every order, whether placed as a guest or through an account.

The Site is operated by EOS Trading Corp., a company registered in the State of Florida, United States, doing business as Sale Stores USA ("we", "us", "our").

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, its source code, databases, functionality, design, text, images, logos, product photography and the trademarks, service marks and trade names appearing on it are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit any part of the Site or its content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission. You may print or download a copy of these policies and of your order documents for your own records.

Product names, brands and logos that appear on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the goods we sell. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

To place an order or create an account you must:

• be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• not be barred from using the Site under the laws of the United States, your state, or your country of residence;
• provide accurate, current and complete registration and delivery information.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed it. We may refuse service, cancel orders or remove content at our discretion where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where fraud is suspected.

• We describe products as accurately as we can, using information supplied by manufacturers and distributors. Photographs, diagrams and specifications are illustrative; finishes, packaging and included accessories can change without notice. If an image matters to your decision, ask us before ordering.
• We are a reseller and distributor. Some items ship from our own stock and others ship directly from manufacturers, distributors or partner warehouses, including from outside Florida.
• Availability is not guaranteed. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and offer a full refund, a substitute, or the option to wait.
• All prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of taxes, shipping and any customs duties, which are added or charged separately.
• Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout at the moment you complete the purchase.
• Despite our care, errors occur. Where a product is listed with an obviously incorrect price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and release the order, or when the goods are dispatched — whichever occurs first.

Accepted payment methods

We accept the following methods for online orders, shown again at checkout:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
• PayPal

Authorisation, taxes & verification

• By ordering you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the order total, including shipping and applicable sales tax.
• Sales tax is calculated according to the tax rules applicable to the delivery address.
• We may verify an order before dispatch — for example by requesting a billing-address confirmation — and may hold or cancel an order that fails our fraud checks.
• You are responsible for any banking fees, currency conversion charges or chargebacks applied by your card issuer.

Shipping, processing times, carriers, costs, split shipments, international orders and claims for lost, stolen or damaged parcels are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and are supplied by the carrier.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Please check that address carefully: we cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier.
• Where a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will pursue the carrier claim and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with the Shipping Policy.

Returns are governed in full by the Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms and prevails over any summary, advertisement or statement elsewhere. In short:

• Window: 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date per carrier tracking.
• Authorisation: a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from customerservices@salestoresusa.com before returning anything.
• Condition: the item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.
• Our error — wrong, defective or transit-damaged item: no fees, and we pay the return freight.
• Change of mind: a restocking fee of 30% plus a $25 processing fee on orders of $500 or less, 50% on orders over $500, and 50% to 99% for approved open-box items. Outbound and return freight are not refunded.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within four weeks of the return being handed to the carrier.
• International orders are not eligible for return.

Warranties

• Products may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Its duration, coverage and exclusions are set by the manufacturer and are yours to claim directly with them or their authorised service network. We will help you identify the right contact.
• Extended warranty and protection plans, where offered, are supplied by a third-party provider and are governed solely by that provider's terms. We are not the administrator, insurer or guarantor of those plans.
• We do not offer any separate warranty of our own beyond the remedies expressly set out in these Terms and in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

You may be able to submit reviews, ratings, photographs or comments ("Content"). By submitting Content you confirm that it is your own, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading or personally identifying material.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display the Content on the Site and in our marketing, for as long as we need it. You keep ownership of your Content and may ask us to remove it at any time by writing to info@salestoresusa.com.

Review guidelines

• Review products you have actually purchased and used.
• No profanity, threats, harassment, hate speech or discriminatory language.
• No spam, promotional links, competitor advertising or repeated submissions.
• Do not post personal information about yourself or anyone else, including order numbers, addresses or phone numbers.
• Do not include material you do not have the right to publish, such as another party's copyrighted photos.

We may moderate, refuse or remove Content that breaches these guidelines, and we may suspend the accounts of users who repeatedly do so. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not remove a review merely because it is negative.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• systematically retrieve data or content to build a collection, database or directory without our written permission;
• use automated means — scripts, bots, scrapers, spiders — to access the Site, or to place orders or hold inventory in a way that disrupts normal trading;
• circumvent, disable or interfere with security features, access controls or rate limits;
• impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• upload or transmit viruses, malware or any code designed to interrupt or damage the Site or our infrastructure;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or database connected to the Site;
• engage in fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment instruments or false chargebacks;
• resell, relabel or misrepresent our products in a way that infringes intellectual property rights or misleads consumers;
• copy or adapt the Site's software or design, including its HTML, CSS, JavaScript or visual identity.

We may suspend or terminate your access and cancel pending orders if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.

The Site links to third-party websites, and relies on third-party services for payments, shipping, reviews and analytics. Those services are not owned or controlled by us.

• We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, accuracy or availability of third-party sites.
• Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy, which you should review.
• A link from our Site does not imply endorsement. Purchases you make from a third-party site are governed by your agreement with that site.

We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including prices, product listings, features and these Terms.

• Material changes to these Terms will be published on this page with a new effective date, and will apply to orders placed after that date.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Site may be unavailable during maintenance or because of circumstances beyond our control, and we accept no liability for downtime.
• We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions on the Site, including after an order has been placed, and to change or cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund where payment has been taken.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses, that defects will be corrected, or that any information on the Site is complete or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EOS Trading Corp., dba Sale Stores USA, its officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of substitute goods, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any product purchased through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the same extent, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site or to any product is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless EOS Trading Corp., dba Sale Stores USA, and its officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any misleading or unlawful Content you submit; (d) your violation of the rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights; or (e) any wilful misconduct on your part.

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence of any matter you are required to indemnify us for, and you agree to cooperate with our defence. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

• Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, please write to info@salestoresusa.com with a description of the problem and the outcome you are seeking. Most matters are resolved within 30 days.
• Venue. Subject to the paragraph below, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
• Time limit. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy & Security Policies, which explain what personal information we collect, why, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it. Where these Terms and the Privacy & Security Policies address the same subject, the Privacy & Security Policies prevail as to your personal information.

• By using the Site or placing an order, you consent to receiving transactional emails — order confirmation, shipment notification, RMA and refund notices — which are part of the service and cannot be opted out of while an order is active.
• Marketing emails are sent only with your consent, and every one of them contains an unsubscribe link that takes effect promptly.
• You agree that we may satisfy any legal requirement to provide written notice by email or by posting on the Site.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy & Security Policies, the Shipping Policy and the Returns & Refunds Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us. Where those documents conflict, the more specific policy prevails over these general Terms on the matter it addresses.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it, and no waiver is effective unless made in writing by us.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours to an affiliate, or to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, industrial action, epidemics, carrier failure or government action.
• Suspension or termination. We may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Site if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Obligations relating to returns, refunds, liability and intellectual property survive termination.
