We carry a broad catalogue of equipment, parts, tools and supplies for homes, workshops and businesses, drawn from a wide network of manufacturers and authorised distributors. Our depth of range is what lets us supply hard-to-find items as well as everyday ones.

We are transparent about this, because it affects how your order arrives:

• Some items ship from our own stock in Florida.
• Other items ship directly from the manufacturers, distributors and partner warehouses that hold them — this is how we can keep such a large range available without delaying your order. When you place an order, we route it to whichever location has the stock.
• Because of this, one order can arrive in several packages, on different days. You get a tracking number for each. Split shipments never cost you more: you are charged the shipping rate quoted once at checkout.
• Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are counted from dispatch, not from the moment you order. Orders are released to the relevant warehouse within 1–2 business days.
